New Give-A-Way – Win a New RV or Car Cover!

Yep, we had so much fun with the last give-a-way, we are doing it again! If you didn’t win the last time, here is another opportunity to win a fabulous brand new cover for your vintage camper, RV or car. Plus some neat extras.

One of our sponsors; Empire Covers has offered this great give-a-way!  One lucky winner will receive a new RV cover. If the winner does not have an RV, they can choose a car cover instead! Plus they will receive a sample pack of Empire Covers  Road Wrap and Rug Wrap! Here is more information from Empire Covers:

Your vintage trailer is cute, charming and one-of-a kind. No better reason to keep it protected from harsh UV rays, heavy dust, and dirt that can build up and decrease its value.

In cooler months, vintage RVs and campers should be covered to help reduce wear that the outdoor elements can cause. Empire Covers is giving one lucky Little Vintage Trailer reader a RV cover to fit their camper, along with a sample pack of their Road Wrap and Rug Wrap.

Empire RV covers are water-resistant, and come with a unique easy on, easy off clinching system that guarantees a secure fit. Their ProTECHtor RV cover comes with buckles and adjustable straps that will keep your cover snug, and features passenger side zippers that allow easy access to your camper.

Empire Covers adhesive protectants, Road Wrap and Rug Wrap, help keep the interior and exterior of your camper looking brand new! Use Road Wrap when traveling to protect your RV from bugs, grime, tar and sand. Rug Wrap will protect against accidental spills, dirt, and messy cargo.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the give-a-way simply enter your email address in the subscribe box here on the Little Vintage Trailer blog where it says “Subscribe via Email” on the upper right side bar. 27. I would love to have this cover for my 1962 Shasta compact. My husband had the brilliant idea to cover my camper with a blue tarp over the winter that was tied to the camper and when I removed it recently I noticed the paint was rubbed off in several areas from the friction of the tarp he had placed on it…grrrr ! I am in dire need of a much better cover for my little home away from home.

  28. We just purchased “Scout” the Scotty. She’s a vintage 1975 Serro Scotty and she needs to be preserved! We’ve posted links for a week on Twitter at

I posted it on my blog!
Would love the cover as it would stay on better than my tarps which blew off at the lot during the winter!

  32. Jennifer says:

I posted on my twitter at!/falldown_girl

This would be great for my 1967 Scotty. We have spent all summer working on SugerBee and while winters in Virginia can be bad because we can’t keep her parked at out house we have to keep her at a storage lot, it would be nice to have her all tucked in safe and sound when we can’t be with her.

  33. I would LOVE to win an Empire RV cover! In April 2012, I purchased a fully renovated 1965 Arrow (either Dart Deluxe or Lance Deluxe) travel trailer. I LoVe my new little Glamping Dream! It’s perfect for us! We currently have no extra indoor storage to keep “Penelope” out of the elements, so she sits in our side yard beneath 2 Tulip trees and 1 Rebud tree…….that seem to continually drop sap on her….which of course makes dust, bugs, and airborne cottonwood seeds stick to her, making her appear to be “Tarred and Feathered”! I feel bad for Penelope, and would desperately love to cover her with and Empire RV Cover!

  34. Hmmm……tried to post my blog address in a reply to my above comment but I am not seeing it here……..

  35. My husband and I used to have a pop up camper and my parents had a 30 foot Prowler that they used at a farm when they came up to visit us. Well, we have inherited the camper and have moved it to southern Missouri, we live in Northeast Missouri. We LOVE to trout fish and we keep it at an RV park close to the State Park. The roof is not in the best of shape and having a cover to keep it covered in the winter would be fantastic. I shared your contest on my Facebook page and I hope that some of my other friends who have campers will also register. I would gladly share the information about the Empire Camper Cover. The Empire cover would sure work ALOT better than the tarp we have been using. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to register for this contest. I found you on Pinterst!!!

  36. I reposted your contest on Facebook. I am excited to imagine I could win an Empire cover for my 66′ Serro Scotty. We revamped it from the ground up inside and out. Last year, we had some hail damage from a freak storm, we even had the back window smashed. I don’t want that to happen again! A cover would really be a “security” blanket for all of the hard work and love we put into it! Thanks!

  37. Mickey Davenport says:

The cover we had for our trailer has disintegrated after years of use. Since my hubby has been laid off for 2 1/2 yrs, I would LOVE to win the RV cover for our cold PA winters! I have posted on FB also!

  40. We purchased our 67 or 68 (not sure yet) Shasta Starflyte last fall…we are slowly fixing it up in our spare time…our driveway is narrow and the garage is way too small to fit the trailer in. I had bought a cover and it didnt fit and cannot return it so I am out 100 bucks,,,yeah not the brightest bulb in the box, but with that said, I do live in Buffalo and it would be nice to have a cover to withstand another winter till we finish it next year,,,,,it has always been my dream to own a vintage camper and fix it up….I am living my dream….or nightmare…..LOL

  41. We just purchased a 1966 Kodiak Coach. She has to be totally striped down and rebuilt. It sure would be nice to have a cover for her when we are finished!
