This is a little needle felted camper I made and I’d like to give it away to a lucky blog reader! It’s made of 100% wool through and through. It measures appx 5 inches long x 4 inches high. This took a number of hours to make as it started out as a hunk of clean wool that I needle felted (aka stabbed a bazillion times with a special barbed needle) to shape it into the camper form you see. I then added felted windows and tires. I think it turned out pretty cute!

I definitely share on my FB page and I’m going to have to say… how did I NOT know LVT had a FB page?! I am so glad you shared this so I complete my trifecta of addiction! I have you on FB, Blog and Pinterest! LOL!!!!
so, I’m beyond impressed at how cute yours turned out! SO jealous!
Adorable felting piece, by the way. I tried to do it once, and my little tomato I was trying to make looked like the result of horrible genetic mutations.
Thank you for the nice comments Emily. Your comment about a mutated tomato cracked me up! It takes a little practice. It’s been so long since I’ve needled felted I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. The last one I did was this little baby bunny. http://twodancingcrows.blogspot.com/2009/03/needle-felted-bunnies.html
Love it
Kelle Shared it on my personal page as well as my Shweet Potato Dolls N Patterns page on facebook. “LIKE” your new page too. This pin keep is just precious just like all the campers you show off to us!

I dont have a facebook but I love your site and the pin cushion. I guess I will just have to learn houw to needle felt and make one. We have only purchased our 66 Scotty a month ago. My husband just wanted it to pull behind our vintage vehicles to car shows. However, I am bit, I am prepareing it to camp in it for our virgin vintage camper rally in Tennesee next month on September 8th week end. It is brushed silver on the outside and I am beside myself trying to pick the colors. For now, I am staying neutral. We are having an awning made of black and white strips. I found some black, white and silver stripe to make a cover for out EZup and black and white covers for the chairs. The 4 bench cushions are being done like a car seat in brushed silver vinyl. I pop into your site regular to find my colors, keep the pictures coming. thanks.
