Storage solution for camping and traveling

I have found out quickly that my tow vehicle doesn't have a lot of cargo room. We end up stuffing the hatch back area full to capacity and this is after packing the trailer full of things like dishes, smaller misc items, etc., So where is all this other stuff coming from?
