How to prevent bug build up on your vintage trailer

I hope you aren’t enjoying breakfast while reading this as the picture will probably induce some gagging for those with bug-o-phobia. This is what can happen when you travel a good distance on highways with your vintage trailer….BUGS! Ewww! Click to enlarge the photo if you really want to be grossed out. A friend of mine suggested Carnuba wax as a solution so those little buggers won’t stick as much and it makes it much easier to clean them off. After spending time scrubbing them off ours, I’m definitely going to give this a try. Cleaning bugs off of the trailer is one of my least favorite chores. I’ll update you all on how it worked after our next trip.
