I thought this would be a fun and interesting poll. If you look over on the right sidebar under the Sponsors you’ll see the poll. It looks like this below. Of course you are more than welcome to comment here but also don’t forget to cast your vote on the poll itself as well so we can see more accurate results.
So feel free to plug in your vote! I bet you will be surprised to learn that I am not a vintage trailer hoarder LOL! I currently own 3. But one we’ll sell after it’s restored. I’m also curious to see how many of you are currently looking for a vintage camper and how many of you already own one or more.
I’m in the “None – I’m looking though!” category!
I don’t own any, but I’m not looking for one, either. We have a modern trailer but I love everything vintage and retro, so I still love looking at the vintage trailers. 🙂
Trying to find time to work on my little gem!
I don’t own any but desperately want one and searching
A big depressing “zero” for me…….I have my heart set on one at the back of a trailer park that someone is using for storage and wont part with 🙁
0 – looking desperately to find one to make my own
I have been looking for quite awhile. I live in the country and it is difficult for me to get to town quickly when i see a good possibility advertised in craigs list. They usually go fast! The right one will come along, i’m certain!
I acquired three teardrops pretty much right off the bat, each which were teardown and rebuild projects. Have completed two and am on what I thought was my final rebuild. Problem is, I keep scanning for more. I think I have the fever!
I’m in the I don’t own one but still convincing hubby that I need one so I can start looking category…
Have you all seen this one? Someone PLEASE grab this cutie!! If you love PINK, then this would be perfect. Shasta Compact in Richmond, VA for $3,200. http://richmond.craigslist.org/rvs/3058486627.html (can’t guarantee how long this ad will be live or that this camper isn’t already sold).
I own just one – it’s my home and I live in it. If I had a house with a driveway and/or a chunk of property, I’d own many more!
I own one (1957 Westerner) but I know a few horders!
I have one and absolutely love her now that the vision when I purchased has come to fruition. Always on the lookout for that #2 ‘perfect’ with not quite so much ‘fixing up’ required.
I am looking for a replacement (since my ’61 field & stream trailer was totaled) that will sleep 5-6. Having a hard time finding one, though. I live in northern New England & rarely see any.
I own 2 trailers. We use a 1966 Santa Fe for camping and we are “working” on a 1965 Northwest Coach. If it were possible …. I would own many, many more!
One for now! But there is already talk of another!
Im in the none but lookin!!!
One! I bought it to fix up & sell, It`a a 1976(?) Lark Lo Flyte but I think I have the fever too as I`m always looking for other prospects to buy!!
We own one, a 13′ Trailblazer. Bitten by the bug this winter 2013. We also own a 1959 Gillic School Bus which has moved us from Seattle to Minnesota, Blue Ox Farms, and was used in 1996, the coldest winter in history, to haul our Highland cattle to Denver and back.
I like old cars, so old camping trailers seem to fit.The trailblaze,r unique for having shutters on the windows.Ours is a 1962 model year.
