It’s is a 24 foot 1951 el car . It has all the original cabinetry and wood from the ceiling to the floors. It’s not been changed much from the original condition . It was garaged for 30 years and sits on a single axle. It is a very gracious floor plan with a movable kitchen island and it’s still got it’s original fridge from 1951 and three burner stove .
It has no leaks and only one small chip in the original windows. The floor will need to be redone as it still has the blue tile that is damaged in a few spots. The bathroom toilet was removed before we purchased the camper and sealed up but the shower hook ups are still there. It comes with an air conditioner and with very minimal effort paint wise on the exterior would be a show stopper.
Great and much lower asking price than similar ones on the market if you can even find them.
