Lovely little 1976 Trapper trailer. Pulls like a dream behind our Outback. New exterior paint and roof sealant. We bought this a year ago with all original interiors and discovered everything was moldy and leaky so we tore out everything including the frame, reframed, patched, water-sealed, re-wired, and insulated. Now it is water-tight, keeps heat, and smells wonderful.
Appliances are all new: Maxx air fan, Lagun table mount, Buddy heater, Mocoloo stainless steel sink, two burner Rumblewood stove top, New deep cycle battery. Table and countertop are handmade by us from Vermont hardwood from our property! Lights and Maxx air fan run off battery power. All outlets run on shore power. There are two 12v plugs under the sink that run off the battery. The battery takes about 3-6hrs to charge and we have run it fully lit, fan at full blast for a week on a single charge.
Interior is 90% done.
A few things we did not get around to doing:
– Sink is not hooked up. There is ample room for tanks under the sink.
– Trim around the corners, flooring, and windows
– Upholstery. For the cushions that fold into the mattress we made cases out of
parachute linen sheets. We have additional un-upholstered cushions that form the rest of the dinette seating available if you would like them.
