1954 Bell-Aire Vintage Canned Ham Trailer

BARN FIND! It was found at an Estate Sale in Southern California in 2017 – it had not moved for probably 50 years prior to that Estate Sale. It was in covered storage and has been kept in covered storage.

This trailer is in excellent condition for it’s age. Not perfect – it is 68 years old. It is 90% original. Even the original mattress and dinette cushions are still in great shape.

There is an ice box, original propane stove, and sink. No bathroom – although there is a “porta potty” storage. Double bed and dinette that converts to a bed. Double closet with lots of storage. No batteries – no 12v system.

Recent improvements and upgrades include:

New kitchen sink faucet, custom built sink cover

New insta-hot hot water heater

New microwave

New tires

Trailer has been repainted with pin stripes

New 3” memory foam mattress topper on top of the original mattress

New aluminum propane tank (Vintage Trailer Supply)

New tail lights and marker lights. (all work)

All original exterior screws replace with stainless steel screws

Four (4) built-on scissor stabilizers
