This small 18 foot Avion has been rennovated with some new features, while trying to retain the vintage feel and flair. It has a clear title and weights 2590 lbs. We are located in Middle Tennessee and will consider partial or full delivery, depending on location. Tons of before and after pics can be emailed upon request. Some things we were able to keep and some were not salvageable. Here is what is new to the camper:
Flooring, including sub-floor in front and in bathroom
Kitchen and bathroom countertops
Plumbing (all Pex) and faucets/shower head
Rooftop A/C unit with remote. Replaced the front vent with A/C unit.
Thermostat for furnace ** (See Below)
Electric refrigerator (left gas line in place for optional 2 way)
Black water tank dump valve
Converter
Battery – Marine deep cycle
New rear ceiling vent
Accordian door to bathroom
We made a new bathroom window out of Plexiglass – it does not open.
Curtains
Single stage gloss black paint – exterior
Shermin Williams cream primer/paint – interior
Replaced trailer light pigtail.
All new exterior lights.
Here is what we kept/refurbished:
Tires had been purchased before we bought it and have 750 miles on them. (Comes with used spare)
Bearings greased and repacked
Windows – rescreened and fixed cranks.
Cabinets – used Howards Restor-A-Finish on all cabinets.
Table/bench seating – replaced wood where necessary. Table was in great condition.
Couch/bed ensemble – Good condition
Hot water heater was replaced by previous owner – works great (propane).
Stove top/oven – all burners work and oven works (propane)
Lights all have new switches
Sinks – bathroom is perfeft, but kitchen has a few chips filled in with Appliance Paint
Toilet is a Marine toilet in great shape. Pulled, replaced seat and seal. Replaced flush valve. Pulled black water tank and reinstalled after checking for any leaks (it is fiberglass).
Cushions were in excellent shape and obviously stored inside – no smell and we opened each up, checked zippers, checked foam – they are in great condition.
Fan in kitchen and exhaust fan in bathroom.
Some metal on the underbelly has been replaced with new.
**Furnace was pulled, cleaned, reinstalled but the burner is not coming on.
No awning or a rock guard.
Propane tanks came with it and do have propane in them but they are old tanks.
