Super cute 16 ft Mobile Scout! This camper spent most of its life in arid New Mexico. Wonderful kitchen and dining booth. Lots of space for modern appliances: microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers etc. The electric fridge shows wear. The propane stove/oven work and passed an independent inspection. Two sleeping areas: couch converts to a full bed, with cot for additional items above, and kitchen table converts to bed as well. Bathroom with: small sink, toilet, and shower! Unique triangle window in the door. Storage under kitchen benches, two closets, and kitchen cabinets. No leaks, body is in solid condition. All windows work, and seal tight. No AC, we use a fan, and small electric heater for heat. It does have a propane heater, but it is currently capped off. Sold as is.
