Super cute 10’ trailer ( 13’ including bumper and tongue). Completely camp ready. Inside wood in excellent condition with no evidence of water damage or rot ( rare to find one in this condition). Newer tires including a spare which is mounted on rear bumper.
Custom window treatments, newer wood flooring, original exterior paint, weighs approximately 1200 lbs. melon cooktop works, original Formica counter and table ( I made the smaller white table which allows the bed on one side while still having a sofa on the opposite side). This model has two long sofas with a dinette in the middle. A closet which can house your porta potty and hang clothes. Two upper storage cabinets in the main cabin, upper kitchen cabinets, storage cubby’s and drawers below. Each sofa has a lower door which allows access to the storage underneath. Outside access door to under one of the sofas. All windows intact and work properly. Vintage stainless hand pump at the sink. Hand pump has a tube that goes into a portable water tank that sits below the sink. She is all 12v for interior lighting. Beautiful vintage orange and white light fixture over the dinette and vintage lighting under upper kitchen cabinets. 12v deep cell battery for operating the lights inside. You can camp anywhere in this tiny trailer without being hooked up to shore power. Tows great.
I have 3 vintage trailers, time to thin out the collection. Nothing needs to be addressed to camp right now. Possibly exterior paint if you want the “new” look.
