Please meet Prairie Rose. She’s ready to take you camping for a fabulous weekend or vintage rally!
Prairie Rose has the very desirable corner kitchen and has the original propane stove top that has been recently rechromed. The hood is in the original turquoise, as well as the oven, which bakes perfectly. She has the originalFormica counter top in turquoise and while cracked ice. The table top is in the matching turquoise and white “cracked ice”. All Formica is in beautiful condition.
There are twin beds with storage drawers under each bed. The mattresses are new and custom made.The dinette table can be also made into an additional large twin bed if needed.
We have made many other up-grades to Prairie Rose, such as, a new inverter, new battery, new air conditioner, a new large refrigerator and freezer professionally installed. All were professional installed.
We had the new light weight FDA approved plastic water tank installed to replace the old heavy original one. We also upgraded with a new water heater, and new water lines to the shower and kitchen sink. These were all professionally installed by the RV Factory in Fresno.
She has a new axel, and electric brakes professionally installed by “The Outdoorsman” in Fresno. There is an electric tongue jack for ease when hitching up. There are new Les Schwab tires and the wheel bearing were checked at that time (March 2022)
Prairie Rose has beautiful easy care and scratch restraint new all vinyl wood plank flooring professionally installed.
She has her original propane gas light over the table as well as AC & DC lights. She still has the original propane wall heater, however, we have never used that and prefer to use a small electric heater that heats her up just fine.
There is a full bath in the rear, toilet, sink and shower. There is lots of storage, both in the bathroom, under the beds and for your clothing and personal items. The kitchen also has lots of storage.
Prairie Rose has lace curtains all the way around framed with brown buffalo check curtains that have UV insulated liners.
She sports a large yellow and blue striped awning custom made by Marti’s Awnings.
Prairie Rose was professionally painted with very high quality Delfleet Essential Polyurethane paint in Corvette yellow and white.
We also added trailer steps with porch landing and handrail for additional safety for getting in and out of the trailer.
Prairie Rose has a clear title and registration is all up to date.
