Clean title in my name. Charming vintage look with updated interior and room for a couple or family. Sleeps 4. Bathroom includes hand held shower and toilet. Tons of storage including storage in back and under the bed.

This camper has been remodeled on the inside and has some new skin and a new door on the outside. This is not a restoration – it came to us missing some things that had to be replaced. The camper had two doors at some point. We removed the back door and framed it/sided it. So it has been modified from original. Roof has been sealed and painted. Exterior of camper has been painted. We have all the before and during the remodel pictures and will be happy to provide them.

Here’s what is original:

Sink, Counter top, Table, Stove, some wood interior (cabinet base/drawers)

Windows (3 are original – front was replaced with a matching window but front space was downsized). Removed, cleaned, reinstalled with Butyl. New Screens

Black water tank, removed, reinforced with fiberglass, water tested, reinstalled, water tested again.

Trim was removed, cleaned and polished and reinstalled with Butyl tape.

A lot of wood was replaced inside – all corners – and replacement beams were added for extra support.

Shower drain pan and shower curtain trim

Sub floor replaced in all areas that were bad.

Here is what is new:

Electric with new breaker box, all wiring, lights, outlets, switches and exterior electric box.

Door with screen door and lock/keys

New plumbing (Pex) and new faucets/hand held shower.

New Dometic Toilet

Shower wall board

Water heater (6 gallon below sink)
