Hello! I’m selling my vintage camper just months after purchasing due to unforeseen circumstances. I absolutely love this baby but I am now selling the property that she is parked on as well, so I’m choosing to let her go so I don’t have to keep her in a storage unit. I bought her in May of this year from a couple in Washington state, had her shipped all the way to Virginia. I paid $4K just for delivery. I had plans of installing a mini split inside, and making it my permanent living space, but plans change. Model K1500. 13 ft long, 7 ft wide (add 4 ft for the tongue). At 2000 lbs it’s light enough to be pulled by your average SUV. 2” ball hitch receiver.
Original aluminum body. Original propane stove/oven and propane heater in working condition. Original slatted windows, front sun shade, and front door. Original sink faucet hand pump. Restored original Atwood brake system.
The roof and entire exterior have been resealed 3 years ago.

Room for improvement:
The exterior aesthetics could use some love. See paint chips in pictures. Also see areas where aluminum body has dented or torn. The worst of the outside aesthetics is the front dent which is pictured clearly in the very last photo. The front door closes but needs a new lock to function properly. The dining room table fell out of place during transit across the country and caused some tearing and damage to the aluminum slide that keeps it in place. Anyone who is handy could easily fix these little issues and get her to tip top condition in no time.
