We are selling our beloved, adorable “Tiffany Blue,” vintage 1968 Aloha Trailer. We purchased this renovated trailer with plans of having it be an in-law suite/guest room for friends/family or short-term rental. Plumbing has been updated (includes brand new faucet w/ hookups for hot & cold water for the sink) & electrical has been updated with all new fixtures. Custom upholstered cushions were completed by a friend. Since we’ve outfitted the trailer with a mini-split, this beauty is best-suited to be stationary. We added the mini-split for year-round heating/AC comfort (included with the sale), as well as a brand-new Ruvati sink. Throw pillows, rug, & dish towel included. Marine grade paint was used on the exterior. Note: there is no shower or bathtub; our original plan was to construct an outdoor shower, adjacent to the trailer. We’re in the process of relocating & cannot take this cute littlething with us. We are asking $11,250. We priced this lower than we wanted because we were in the middle of replacing the floors & bathroom wall covering, and simply did not have time to complete that project before the move.
